These  classes are led by Gigi, who  has over 30 years of experience teaching children and supporting them to grow in maturity and confidence. Gigi is also an experienced counsellor and Life coach so they will be guided to grow in many areas.

​

The course has been created to help your child's physical, emotional and psychological development.

​

Helping them to:

• focus and concentrate

• self-regulate to calm down

• manage stress and anxiety

• build confidence

• improve balance and strength

• improve posture and flexibility

• become calmer and happier

• sleep better.

2023    Yoga & Meditation for Teenagers - 12yrs +

                        8 sessions total 

•              Mondays 6pm -7:15   or   Mondays 7:30pm- 8:45pm   ( Only 6:30pm during Winter)

              Location : Bonnyrigg Heights Community Hall - Cnr Simpson Rd + Chopin Close

                         Cost : $120 for 8 sessions ( Use your $50 Active Kids Voucher towards the cost )
